Where is the ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location: Jacksonville Golf and Country Club (3985 Hunt Club Road, Jacksonville, FL 32224).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Guests are encouraged to arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to greet others, sign the guest book, and be seated before the ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

There will not be a cocktail hour, as the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location and will flow continuously from one into the other.

Is parking available?

Parking is available on site.

Are there hotel blocks?

Hotel blocks are not available, so guests are encouraged to plan accordingly.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will not be provided, so guests are encouraged to plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal. Suits and dresses are perfect. Dress to impress while still feeling comfortable. Please see the "Dress Code" tab for additional details.

Are there any color guidelines?

There are no required color guidelines, but we kindly ask guests to avoid colors traditionally associated with the bride, such as white and similar shades, including ivory, cream, or champagne. Burgundy, red, and gold are also part of our wedding colors, with gold worn by the bridesmaids, so avoiding these shades is preferred but not required.

Is the ceremony unplugged? Can guests take photos?

Our ceremony is not unplugged. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the ceremony and reception. We will also be sharing a QR code so you can upload and share your photos with us.

Will dinner be served?

Dinner will be served at 8:00 p.m. The menu can be found under the "Wedding Details" tab.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

If you are unable to eat from the options provided, vegan accommodations are available. Please let the couple know in advance so arrangements can be made.

Will there be alcohol?

A beer and wine bar will be available from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Additional alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at your own expense.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones are limited to those listed on the invitation. When completing your RSVP, please include the full names of all guests in your household who will be attending.

Are children invited?

While we love our little ones, our wedding will be limited to guests over the age of 12 to help create a relaxed and enjoyable evening for everyone, including the parents!

What should I do if I can’t attend?

If you are unable to attend, please still complete your RSVP so we are aware.

What time will the reception end?

The reception will conclude at 11:00 p.m.

Our registry can be found on this site under the ā€œRegistryā€ tab.

Is there a gift preference?

We are fortunate to already have everything we need for our home, so we kindly ask for no physical gifts. If you would like to give, a contribution toward our honeymoon would be truly appreciated and will help us create lasting memories as we celebrate our marriage. Your presence means so much to us, and we are grateful for your generosity.
